   I don’t have olive oil. What if I use italian dressing?

  Update. Italian dressing makes it really acidic. The tomatoes with the the addition of the vinegar from the dressing is way too much. I had to save the dish with more and more pasta water and sugar.

  You can use other types of vegetable oil instead. I’m not sure about using italian dressing as I’ve never tried it myself 🙂
